And that’s exactly what this blog is about: Providing tips & tricks for people (like me) who don’t want to pass up the chance to have some relax time every day, but still want to feel fitter and healthier.

A contradiction?

Tiny little actions can have a great impact on your mood as well as your body! I believe that you don’t have to hit the gym three times a week just to feel better and live a healthier lifestyle.
We all know, that exercising multiple times a week is recommended and the last thing this blog shall do is to keep you from doing that! (In fact, I envy you for your passion and your stamina!) But to all the people who want to integrate sports in everyday life without the pressure of training schedules:
