I apologize for not having made a new post for two weeks now. I've been sick and then... well, you know: Christmas is this quiet, peaceful time in the year where you rush from one appointment to another. 😉 But I'm back again and with the new year coming up I thought I'd tell you about the importance of stretching and how it positively affects your health and fitness.
I want to start a little series, where I show you fitness products that I use and that fit our Lazygetics motto perfectly. My goal is to give you tips and tricks for the everyday use and not to promote a certain product. Therefore, I will always provide some alternatives and hope you'll find some useful ideas for yourself.
Some of my colleagues at work persuaded me to do a 30 Day Planking Challenge together. And it fit my lazygetics motto quite well, because it only takes a miniscule amount of time every day to improve your fitness! So I thought I'd share my experience with you.
