Simple exercises for your daily commute

I've started a new training besides my main profession, which not only increases my daily stress level, but also takes away even more time for fitness activities. In total, I'm spending 2.5 hours sitting in my car every day. That's a lot. So why not do something productive while standing at a red light or sitting in a traffic jam?

I apologize for not having made a new post for two weeks now. I've been sick and then... well, you know: Christmas is this quiet, peaceful time in the year where you rush from one appointment to another. 😉 But I'm back again and with the new year coming up I thought I'd tell you about the importance of stretching and how it positively affects your health and fitness.
